Had some nice additions, such as a microwave oven, central heating, and an iron. There was a walk-in shower. Windows were facing river. The location was lovely, riverside. Liked having Beare's Pantry within 5 minutes walk away. My stay was very comfortable, would stay here again...

We had a wonderful time exploring Cornwall and staying at this beautiful flat on the banks of the Camel river. The top-quality bedding, furniture, and decor made for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The balcony provided a stunning view of the river and bridge, perfect for enjoying sunsets. The host, Emma, was friendly and helpful, providing a lovely welcome pack and even putting in a cot and toys for our children. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness made our stay truly enjoyable.

A very pleasant and relaxing stay. Located only a short walk to the town centre and its facilities was very convenient. Covered private parking was good and access via the key box was simple. The apartment was comfortable, warm, and well-equipped. The provision of a Cornish cream tea as a welcome package was a nice touch.

Shower was rather small and not particularly user friendly. The toilet seat in the main bathroom needs attention.
